Click on the report that you want to run from the report menu. If the report does not require any selection criteria, the report will open in a new window. If the report requires selection criteria, available selection criteria will appear in the right panel. Reports with an * require selection criteria.

Enter date from and date to in mm/dd/yyyy format. You can filter the defendant list by entering a full or partial defendant name and clicking on the filter button. Once filtered, select one or more defendants. Once you have selected your report criteria, click the Submit button. Your report will open in a new window with the ability to navigate through each page of the report and the ability to export the report into rtf, excel, xml, or pdf formats.
