HOW TO CHANGE YOUR INTERNET SECURITY SETTINGS For ISERVE

Be advised that some companies’ network or global trusted site policies may override the personal settings on each computer.  If the changes shown below do not allow you to download the files, you should request assistance from your network management team to re-set your global trusted sites for the company or network accordingly.

In your internet browser, click on “Tools” at the top of the page

  • Click “Internet Options," Click the “Security” tab at the top
  • Now add the ISERVE web server address (https://apps.fldfs.com/iserveweb/)  to your list of acceptable or trusted sites and sources
  • Click “Trusted Sites
  • Click “ Sites
  • Type in (or copy from this file) (https://apps.fldfs.com/iserveweb/
  • Click “Custom Level
  • Set “Downloads- Automatic prompting for downloads” to “enable
  • Set “Downloads- Allow downloads” to “enable
  • Set “Use Pop-up Blocker” to “disable
  • You may also have to re-set your security level from “HIGH” to “medium or low”
  • Save your settings by clicking “OK"
  • If you are still logged on to ISERVE, you will need to log off ISERVE and log back on, to refresh the system.
